Day 4 and 5 - Littleton

You know you're on vacation when you can spend the entire day doing nothing but being outdoors and working your way through part of your to-do list ;) Yesterday I went for a run (possibly for the first time since high school field hockey - our crew coach knew we all would break our ankles if she asked us to run), sat outside with endless cups of coffee and tea, walked two adorable dogs all over the neighborhood, emailed friends, plotted waypoints on my upcoming journeys, made a list of things to do and see in Denver, and started a great new book, "The Millionaire Next Door". Today was even better because in addition to all those things I got to have breakfast with my friend Caitlin! No photos were taken, sadly, but we're exploring the Celestial Seasoning's factory tomorrow afternoon and I bet a certain gnome could be convinced to make an appearance in the Mint Room...

 Kona
 Willow
The second most common way to find Willow, the first being her carrying around her stuffed octopus
The view of the mountains from the neighborhood
If you look really closely you can see the little orange end of a needle sticking through a little bit of skin at the base of one ear - it doesn't seem to be slowing him down at all, but I have no idea how he would have gotten it stuck in there
